Terms & Conditions – Skippers Canyon Gold Limited

By booking with QTSKI, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before making a reservation.

  1. Services Provided

    1. QTSKI provides mountain transport for groups of up to 11 passengers, of any age. QTSKI does not provide ski passes, ski equipment hire, lessons, or any other mountain-related services, and is not responsible for any issues arising from such services or equipment.

  2. Bookings & Payment

    1. When paying by invoice, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
    2. When paying by invoice, the remaining 50% balance is due no later than 7 days before departure.
    3. Bookings are confirmed only once full payment (or deposit plus balance schedule) is received.

  3. Cancellations & Refunds

    1. Standard Cancellations
      1. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund less a transaction fee processing.
      2. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the service are non-refundable.
    2. Mountain Closure
      1. If the scheduled mountain is closed upon arrival, you may either:
        1. Take your booking to an alternative open mountain (balance of payment may be required), or
        2. Receive a 50% refund of the booking fee.
      2. If the scheduled mountain closes after your arrival is completed then no refunds will be issued.
      3. No additional compensation is provided for inconvenience, missed ski passes, or equipment issues.

  4. Third-Party Bookings

    1. If you book QTSKI services through a third-party provider, your booking is subject to their terms and conditions.
    2. QTSKI is not responsible for third-party cancellation, refund, or service policies.

  5. Liability & Responsibility

    1. QTSKI operates as a transport service only.
    2. All passengers travel at their own risk, and QTSKI is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to ski equipment, clothing, or other personal property.
    3. Passengers must follow all driver instructions and safety guidelines.
    4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QTSKI has no liability for losses or additional expenses incurred by clients due to sickness, weather, strikes, delays or changes in air or other transport services, force majeure, acts of God, or other causes outside of the control of QTSKI.

  6. General

    1. QTSKI reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger for safety or compliance reasons.
    2. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, but all bookings will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of booking.
    3. Payment for a transfer is to be made in full before any transfer.
    4. All clients agree to the use and marketing of all videos and still images captured by QTSKI.
    5. All prices and transactions are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Due to exchange rate fluctuations, at times there may be some variance. A variance may also occur in amounts refunded compared to the amount initially charged (if relevant). QTSKI does not accept any liability for these variances or any subsequent credit card/bank charges relating to those transactions.

  7. Privacy

    1. All and any information provided to QTSKI will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy accessible here. By completing a booking with QTSKI, the client consents to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
